Office Policies


Our offices accept all Dental PPO Plans as well as have a mixed dentist who participates in the Guardian, Delta Dental Premier, Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO 300, Cigna (PPO) as well as Metropolitan Life (Met Life).

Our experienced team will prepare your insurance paperwork for you and  will submit your insurance claims for you electronically (carrier permitting). We will thoroughly review and help you understand your insurance coverage before you come in if at all possible. Any co-pays or out-of-pocket costs are expected to be paid at the time of service.

For both new and existing patients,  we will inquire about your dental insurance coverage and any changes to your plan since your last visit.  Our team will then contact your dental benefits provider to verify coverage prior to your scheduled appointment to confirm your dental benefits, review what procedures are covered, and identify any co-pays so there are no surprises when you arrive for your appointment.

Financial Policy

Any co-pays or out-of-pocket costs are expected to be paid at the time of service.For your convenience, we accept payments made with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also offer financing through CareCredit®.

Cancellation Policy

Kindly provide at least 48 hours notice for any appointment that needs to be rescheduled. Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation charge.
